Knaresborough born and bred, Morland is well-known locally having spent time in front-of-house management at Goldsborough Hall and running the Bay Horse gastropub in the village for over five years. With his knowledge of fine dining, local sourcing and gastro pub management, he is passionate about promoting ethically-produced food and drink, supporting local artisan suppliers and helping people to discover delicious wines and premium Yorkshire produce.
